Peoria Railfest 2005 Model Entries:

Only three members produced entries for this year's modeling contest, but each member did provide multiple models for the rest of us to enjoy.

Overall winner in the contest was Kleve Slouber from New Lenox, IL.  Kleve is also a member of the Will County Model Railroad Association.  His models included motive power, freight cars and caboose.

Mike Wise from St. Louis, MO presented several flat cars with various Caterpillar-inspired loads in honor of this year's host city.  His other flat began as a Special Run Society car which now carries a generator load.

Gene Glendinning showed the only non-HO Scale model (which was also the only structure model). His other two entries were of the HO Scale persuasion, both the only representations of steam power and passenger equipment respectively.

For photos of all these entries, go to the Members' Efforts page above.
