Member Bob Libbey who resides in Arizona, made a trip back to Missouri this past summer and documented some of the remaining sights of the GM&O's West End.  Photos are of Independence, Marshall, Slater and Kansas City as things appeared in 2007.  The schematic below shows Slater and Marshall with industries noted.
